Note: Daulat Shah's reign was fleeting. In AD 1230 (AH 628), Sultan Iltutmish marched with a powerful force, captured him, and installed Malik 'Ala' al-Din Jānī as governor. Shortly after, Jānī was replaced by Malik Saif al-Din Aibak, who governed until his death in AD 1233 (AH 631).
